1. PROJECT OVERVIEW

English is the official language of over 53 countries and territories, and it is the official language of the EU languages and the 3rd most widely used in the world only after Chinese and Spanish (because of differences of population in each country ). Especially if you want to study overseas and some countries in the European Union, English is a top priority for you by the living conditions and the school ‘s reputation, the English language is a language you can never be ignored.

English is the necessary tools for us to pursue any filelds . There are numerous people who studying information technology find it difficult to study the level of their English major . English is essential to scientific research , not only what the information technology industry . There are lots of useful information on the internet but mostly in English while English is the weakness of Vietnamese.

Employers want to employ a candidate who has good English skills, rather than a candidate can not be used or badly used this language . When you graduate and look forward to finding good job in a good company with decent salary and stable environment, employers will ask you, certainly can not ignore requirements : can you use English fluently?. Even if you work for a Japanese company or any other multinational company, if you know English, and preferably fluently, you will still be prioritized.

Moreover, when Vietnam joined the WTO, the English even more important than ever before when there are a lot of foreign companies investing in Vietnam and expand business networks in Vietnam soon . And of course they need employees who have good qualifications and have good knowledge of English. Thus, if you have good english, employment opportunities will expand with you. .

Long Thanh Industrial Zone in Dong Nai province, located on important traffic hub of key economic region of the South, Dong Nai has many favorable conditions in terms of roads, waterways and airways to attract investment, economic and social development. Dong Nai is one of the four provinces of Vietnam have attracted a great investment with approximately 18,700 active enterprises, including more than 1,000 foreign-investment enterprises. Japan is a country with large investments in some 40 countries and territories investing in Dong Nai . Up to now, the Japanese enterprises had invested in 167 projects with a total registered capital of the $ 3.1 billion. The demand for learning English is very high in this area has led to many students and working people have to stop working to learning in some English center in Ho Chi Minh City to study and this situation is effected in learning and working of many people.

Therefore, the idea to establish an English School at Long Thanh Nhon Trach Industrial Zone is feasible . It not only brings benefit to the investors but also for the students as well as those who want to make additional capital to serve the English work. Considering the need to open an English school with high quality for this subject group is essential bring economic and social benefit in present context. My business plan is “opening an English school effect for student and ensure profits for investor”.

1.1 Objectives

With trending of development of the our society, international language is an indispensable tool, especially English. To help students in Long Thanh Nhon Trach fostering knowledge of English, have the opportunity to earn a good job in an international environment after school , Youth English Language Center will focus on pedagogical teaching, compiled and edited periodically curriculum , enhance professional knowledge and teaching. The ultimate goal of Foreign Language Centre which aims to ensure that the quality of education through modern teaching methods combined with traditional knowledge and enthusiasm of the teaching staff , and the update programs consistent with the needs of society .

Moreover, the goal of Youth English center is to attract about 1,000 trainees per year with operating time is expected in about 10 years. In the first year, the project will have a profit of 20%.

In addition, this schools will perform well and become one of the most prestigious English school in this area, the problem of teachers is also important. Teachers of English Youth School will be the teachers who trained in pedagogy, undergo periodic training, experimentation, and stringent checks at the center before the formal teaching.

Besides knowledge, skills, and experiences, the Youth English school also prioritized recruitment more young teachers, enthusiastic to create a harmonious, multi-cultural exchanges with students, because in class time, not merely teaching and learning, the teachers and students are learning together.
